Preliminary Report

The Charter Commission released our Preliminary Report on May 9. The report includes a summary of the proposals, descriptions of the process we went through to to draft them, as well as the official charter language of each proposal. Below you will find additional summaries of the proposals, as well as a full copy of the report. Additionally, you can check out our Proposals page for more details and resources about how these proposals were devised.

We will be making any final changes to these proposals between now and June 22. Please share your thoughts at our public hearings on May 25 and June 22.
